For lifeline installation on concrete floor, it should be preferred to install on C20/25 and above class concrete with a thickness of at least 200 mm. It cannot be applied on screed or leveling concrete. XTR Safety installs lifeline on anchor bollards designed and certified according to EN 795:2012 Type A, CEN/TS 16415:2013 norms, which act as an additional shock absorber in the event of a fall to support the shock absorbing feature of the lifeline system in the application on concrete floor.
Anchor bollards are mounted to the concrete floor using steel or chemical anchors. XTR Safety recommends FISCHER Resin capsule RM II M12 for concrete floor installations.
